About FileFlowHub

We are building the unified control plane for enterprise document operations — so operations teams can finally stop firefighting pipelines and start scaling with confidence.

Our Mission

Simplify the complexity of enterprise file processing.

FileFlowHub was founded in 2021 by a team of engineers who experienced firsthand the chaos of managing document automation at scale — a different vendor for OCR, another for e-signatures, a third for storage routing, and a homegrown script tying it all together. We built FileFlowHub to replace that fragility with a single, reliable, auditable platform that operations teams can trust.

Today, more than 500 enterprise customers across 28 countries rely on FileFlowHub to process millions of documents every day — from financial records and legal contracts to medical forms and supply chain manifests.

Our Core Values

What guides every decision we make.

Reliability First

Every design decision starts with one question: will this still work under production load, at 3 AM, in a compliance audit? We don't ship features. We ship reliability. Our customers run mission-critical operations on FileFlowHub, and they need to know their documents will always reach their destination.

Radical Openness

We build with open APIs, open audit logs, and open standards. No proprietary lock-in. Customers own their data, their workflows, and their integration code — always. We believe you should be able to leave FileFlowHub tomorrow and take everything with you.

Operational Empathy

We ship software that makes operations teams' lives better — not harder. Our product team includes former ops managers, support engineers, and DevOps professionals who feel the same pain our customers do. We optimize for human time, not lines of code.
